FAQ

Everything you need to know, in one place.
How long will it take to get my orders?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are prepared the same day and dispatched to your address. Orders received after this time are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are calculated using business days only and usually take 48–72 hours on average throughout Spain. For international deliveries, shipping may take 4–7 business days depending on the destination.

Detailed delivery information will always be included in your order confirmation email.

What roast profile do you use?

We use an omni-roast profile for all our coffees.

This roast is designed to perform equally well for espresso and filter brewing, allowing you to enjoy the same quality and clarity of flavor across different preparation methods.

Can I order my coffee ground?

Absolutely. You can select your preferred grind size from the product dropdown.

That said, we always recommend buying coffee whole bean and grinding it fresh at home to preserve aroma, freshness, and complexity.

Where does your coffee come from?

Our coffee comes from our own family-run coffee farms in Nicaragua.

By growing, harvesting, and exporting the coffee ourselves, we work directly at origin and maintain full control over quality, traceability, and pricing — from seed to sip.

Where is your coffee roasted?

Our coffee is roasted in Madrid, in small batches, to ensure freshness, consistency, and quality control.

Does your coffee contain allergens?

Our coffee is 100% natural specialty coffee, with no additives or artificial ingredients.

Flavor notes such as hazelnut, nuts, chocolate, or fruit describe natural tasting notes perceived during cupping and brewing. The coffee does not contain these ingredients.

How should I store my coffee?

Store your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from light, heat, and moisture.

For best results:

  • Keep it in its original bag with the valve
  • Avoid the fridge or freezer
