ROS stands for Rosario

ROS is named after Rosario — the grandmother at the heart of our family farms in Nicaragua. Strong, creative, and full of colour, her spirit inspires everything we do, from our farms to your cup.

Born from Coffee

Coffee runs in our family.

My mother is a producer in Nueva Segovia, and as the 4th generation I carry our tradition forward.

Nicaragua is shaped by coffee, and every bag we roast carries that story on.

Coffee meets Progress

We respect tradition but constantly improve it.

With traceability, better processing, new varieties and refined methods, we push quality to new levels.

Our goal is simple: make great coffee even better.

Coffee that Gives Back

Our work starts with people.

Every purchase supports farmers, families and local communities in Nicaragua.

We share value fairly and help bring Nicaraguan coffee to the world.
