Single Origin Nicaragua

Every coffee here comes from one place: Dipilto, in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. Grown under shade trees at altitude, hand-picked, and roasted in small batches in Madrid so the natural sweetness and clarity of each lot come through. Every coffee is traceable back to the farm and the harvest it came from, and if you are new to single origin they are worth tasting side by side: same region, same care, very different cups.
