Where Every Cup Begins
Young seedlings grow under shade and careful supervision. Each plant is nurtured to stay strong and healthy. This is where every future cup starts.

La Tranquila is a Colombian Arabica blend, decaffeinated with the Swiss Water
Process. No solvents, no chemicals, just water, temperature and time. The caffeine
leaves and the flavour stays.
It's a soft, rounded coffee with cocoa depth and a gentle marzipan sweetness that
lingers.
La Tranquila is crafted for the end of the day: warm, comforting, and quietly good.
Cocoa · Marzipan
A soft cup with light acidity, gentle body, and a velvety, sweet finish.
La Tranquila is roasted to perform well in all common home methods, from moka pot
to espresso or simple filter brews.
Decaffeinated beans are more brittle than regular coffee, so they break down finer
at the same grinder setting. If your first cup tastes heavy or bitter, grind a step
or two coarser and try again.
Expect cocoa depth, soft marzipan sweetness, and a rounded, comforting finish
regardless of how you prepare it.
We recommend resting the coffee for 5–10 days after the roast date to let the
harsher notes fade and the sweetness and true character of the cup fully develop.

La Tranquila - Swiss Water Decaf

High in the Andes, spread across three mountain ranges, Colombia grows some of the most consistently sweet and balanced coffee in the world. Almost all of it comes from smallholder farms of one or two hectares, worked by families rather than estates, which is why a Colombian cup is usually a blend of many hands rather than one.
