Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the Balearic Islands, most European Union countries, EFTA countries, and Great Britain.

Order Processing

Orders placed on our platform will be processed and shipped on the following business days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Daily Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 12:00 p.m. (local time) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business shipping day.
Non-business or official holidays may cause delays in order processing and shipping.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is free in Spain on orders over 40€, applicable only to ROS Coffee brand coffee products. Gift cards and non-coffee merchandise are not eligible for free shipping.

Duties and Taxes for International Shipments

International shipping rates cover only transportation costs. Import duties, customs fees, and additional taxes are not included in the product or shipping prices. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the respective local authorities upon receipt.

Customs policies vary between countries. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for detailed information before placing an order. Customs clearance procedures may also cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@roscoffee.es with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
