Málaga Coffee Expo 2026: join us for our Nicaraguan origin coffee tasting

The countdown to Coffee Expo Costa del Sol 2026 has begun, and at ROS Specialty Coffee, we are thrilled to announce that we will be there with a very special proposal.

Coffee Expo Costa del Sol is positioning itself as one of the most attractive specialty coffee events in Spain, bringing together roasters, producers, baristas, industry professionals, and lovers of good coffee. For us, it is the perfect stage to share our vision, connect with the coffee community, and introduce the public to the coffees we work with from origin.

Additionally, this year we will be organizing an exclusive tasting of Nicaraguan single-origin coffees within the event.

During our Nicaragua Single Origin Cupping Session, attendees will be able to explore different cup profiles from various regions and processing methods. It will be an opportunity to better understand the complexity of Nicaraguan coffee and discover how origin, altitude, variety, and process influence each sensory profile.

From cleaner and more elegant cups to more complex, fruity, and expressive profiles, this tasting is designed to showcase the breadth and potential of specialty coffee from Nicaragua.

It will also be a great opportunity to meet the ROS Specialty Coffee team and better understand our approach: coffees with identity, traceability, and a real connection to the origin.
